VAG-Werkstatt
Full IT and digital setup for a new automotive workshop at launch. Network infrastructure, NAS storage, PoE camera surveillance, workstations, website, hosting, SEO, and Google Business. Fully documented for long-term maintainability.
Confidential client
Infrastructure and security review covering internal tooling, network services, and cloud infrastructure. Identified gaps in monitoring and threat visibility across VPN, GitLab, and hosted services. Delivered recommendations for improved observability and incident awareness.
Pfotenbilanz
A SaaS platform for Swiss pet-care businesses. Handles customer and pet management, service tracking, automated invoice generation with Swiss QR-Bill support, VAT, and financial reporting. Built from scratch and actively maintained.

Thoenen Solutions is run by Kim Thönen, an IT engineer based in Fehraltorf, Switzerland.
